The Ms. QUAD® (MQ) insert is designed with a 7/8″ diameter and is available in 15 different sizes and 5 colors. It offers versatility and customization options for bowlers.

The QUAD® (Q) insert comes in a wider range of options. It is available in 19 different sizes and 7 colors. The sizes range from a standard 31/32″ diameter for sizes 19/31 to 13/16, and a larger 1 1/32″ diameter for sizes 53/64 to 29/32.

Side 1 of the insert features the Perfect Oval shape, which is a true, milled oval shape that closely resembles the natural shape of a fingertip. It offers a comfortable and relaxed fit. The surface of the Perfect Oval insert can be chosen as either smooth or mesh-textured, providing different levels of tackiness for individual preferences.

Side 2 of the insert features the Power Oval shape, which has a 1/8″ forward pitch. This slight increase in loft promotes a more subtle and controlled release. The finger pad has a contoured shape and a smooth surface, offering a consistent and comfortable feel. The Power Oval is suitable for most bowlers.
