Bowling Bio:

I bowled my first league when I was 16 and then didn't bowl league again until 2001. I started off with an average of 150 and now I average 218. My significant other Rusty, who also works at Virtue is a very accomplished bowler himself. I am a very competitive person, so he really helped improve my game and also keeps me motivated to keep getting better so I can beat him more often. I also spend some time helping to coach my kids which has helped give me a different outlook on the sport and see a different side of it. I feel more excitement for their achievements and progress then my own. While improvement of myself and others is a huge part of the sport for me, relationships is the largest. I have lived around the Mesa East Bowl location for so long and have met so many of my long time and current friends through bowling. While bowling a perfect score is great, I am most thankful for being apart of the little bowling community that we have here at Mesa East Bowl. Taking that idea even further, it has brought me a lot of joy being able to be a part of Virtue and help those long time friends and bowling community with all of their bowling needs.
